Robert Masucci
Robert has extensive experience in the Real Estate Management Services (REMS) industry, having managed a diverse commercial portfolio of over 2 million SF — high street retail, hospitality, industrial, and flex assets valued well into nine figures. His roles have spanned operations and maintenance, budgeting, financial reporting, vendor contracts, leasing, tenant relations, and capital improvement projects.
Before real estate, Robert founded multiple companies in food and beverage distribution, home delivery, and e-commerce — building each from the ground up, achieving steady year-over-year growth, and exiting through successful acquisitions.
Today he runs REMS Solutions and REMS Central®, driven by an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for leadership, relationships, and excellent customer service.
